Given pronunciation is: Мне́ нра́вится ме́д.
But as far as I know only the middle accent marker is (completely) correct?

You’re right. The accent on the first word is both unnecessary (because the word has only one syllable) and misleading (because the word is not stressed at the sentence level). The last word should be written мёд, which would indicate the correct pronunciation, and also the stress (because ё always receives the stress). It so happens that it’s also a monosyllabic word, so it’s theoretically unnecessary to indicate where the word-level stress falls, but the word does receive stress at the sentence level.
