Κι εγώ.

English Translation

Me too.

Does someone know if “Και εγώ” also works?

(not a native speaker) In short yes, but Κι εγώ is a shortened version of Και εγώ and is more used to mean “me too” when agreeing to something, whereas Και εγώ is more like “I also” in English. Take this example:

  • Ποιος θέλει καφέ; (who wants coffee?)
  • Εγώ! - Κι εγώ! (Me! Me too!)
    σε λίγο (after a while)
  • Ε, παιδιά, και εγώ θέλω καφέ! (hey guys, I would also like a coffee).
