Don’t go unless you feel well.
Is the structure of this sentence correct? Literally translated it seems unusual, but of course it might just be how the idea is expressed in Russian.

A native speaker tells me that the sentence is okay, but the translation is wrong. It should be “Don’t go unless you don’t feel well.”
