Good catch! しらがまじり is the correct pronunciation in this particular sentence structure.
However, if you replace 彼女の髪は白髪まじりだ with 彼女の髪には白髪がまじっている, some native speakers may pronounce はくはつ/が/まじっている though I personally prefer しらが/が/まじっている.
Also, 白髪の女性が椅子に座っている (meaning: A lady with grey hair is sitting on a chair) is pronounced as はくはつ. Note that I intentionally dropped まじり.
