- It was added to Tatoeba by a non-native speaker. Non-native speakers often add the initial ‘Αυτή’ or ‘Αυτός’ for ‘she’ or ‘he’, and these are routinely edited and removed by native speakers. That was done in this case.
- The native speaker also changed ‘μιας σαύρας’ το ‘μια σαύρα’, I.e., from the genitive case to the accusative. As best I can tell from Glosbe, both these ways of saying ‘a tattoo of __’ are used, but I’m going to go with the native speaker.
