Is it a recent picture?
Note that (as best I can tell from Glosbe), if we are referring to a picture of a human being it would more likely be expressed as ‘μια πρόσφατη φωτογραφία’. Εικόνα is used more to mean something like image, so ‘recent image’ from Google Earth, or a telescope, or a satellite image, etc. A ‘πρόσφατη εικόνα’ of a person might mean ‘a recent likeness’ or ‘a recent portrait’.
