とにかくエビを与えよう。

English Translation

Have some lobster at any rate.

エビ can also be “shrimp” or “prawn” in general.

The English translation should be replaced with “shrimp” or “prawn”. We don’t call lobsters エビ in Japanese but ロブスター or 伊勢エビ (if strictly meaning a spiny lobster that is very popular for a traditional Japanese celebration.)

Also, ~を与えよう in this context means:

Anyway, let’s feed some shrimp/prawn (to the animal, maybe a pet of the speaker/listener??).
