1度だそう should be replaced with Kanji 一度出そう.

  1. 屋根裏部屋のものを出そう。= Let’s take out something from the attic.
  2. 屋根裏部屋のものを全て出そう。= Let’s clean out the attic. / Let’s take out all of the objects from the attic.
  3. 屋根裏部屋のものを一度全て出そう。= Let’s temporally clean out the attic, and then return the objects to the original place once we’ve done the task.

一度 in this sentence means “temporally”. For example, Tom and Mary want to repaint all the walls of their house including the attic. They need to move stuff from the attic to repaint. After repainting done, the stuff will be stored in the original place. In this case, we say 一度.
You can replace 一度全て出そう with いったん全て出そう.
