should be
(casual) お母さんはもし私が駆け落ちしたら絶対許さないって言ってたわ。 or
(more formal) 母はもし私が駆け落ちしたら絶対許さないと言ってました。
UNLESS it is followed by another sentence like “but your mother said differently” – i.e. Add 私の only when you intentionally highlight the difference between my mother and someone else’s mother.
