The original Japanese sentence sounds unnatural and misleading for two reasons.
- Both the transcript and TTS give you もり (“to add”), but 盛り should be pronounced as さかり in the context of “peak”.
- Someone’s 盛りの時 is most likely to be interpreted as “one’s horny moment” (i.e. sexually erect).
My alternative translation is:
どんな人にも全盛期はある。(pron. ぜんせいき)
どんな人にも絶頂期はある。(pron. ぜっちょうき)
どんな人にも黄金期はある。(pron. おうごんき)
If you are talking about one’s professional achievement and social fame in life, all of the three phrases work.
絶頂期, however, is the only phrase when you refer to one’s mental status (i.e. full of motivation).
