The Greek sentence doesn’t sound quite right to me and has been edited on Tatoeba. The edited sentence is Η σύζυγός του ούτε καν γνωρίζει γιατί πέθανε. The English ‘Her husband doesn’t even know why she died’ is (I believe) correct for that Greek.

Oops. My bad. There were two similar sentences and I referenced the wrong one. Η σύζυγός του is ‘his wife’, not ‘her husband’.
