Shouldn’t it be “yekhol” instead of “okhel” that means “to eat”?
The word אוכל represents forms belonging to two different verbs:
א-כ-ל (to eat)
י-כ-ל (to be able to)

In this Hebrew sentence, אוכל is “ukhal”, “[I] will be able to”. In the English translation, as is commonly the case, the present tense is used, even though the meaning pertains to the future.

Thank you a lot, I was probably mistaken by the audio clip because I think I heard “okhel” in this sentence.
