ただ or sometimes written as タダ in Katakana means “free of charge”.
ただじゃおかない is a casual version of ただでは置かない, which is interchangeable with ただでは済まない.
The literal translation is “you cannot leave here without paying the price” (i.e. your bad behavior shall bring a terrible consequence and you will have to pay the price.) It’s a common threatening idiom.
