再三再四、話した is the correct one. It’s awkward to spell 話す in Hiragana. The original Japanese sentence should be revised. And it’s better to insert 読点 (、) between 再三再四 and 話した. Alternatively, you can swap the word order like this:

先生は再三再四、そのことを私達に話した。(or 語った)

再三再四、先生はそのことを私達に話した。(or 語った)
