I don’t think this is right, it looks like it’s saying do you ‘like’ ‘single rooms’, rather than, do you ‘want’ a ‘single room’? unless that’s what they’re saying, or I’m wrong?

Would you like a single room? = 一人部屋になさいますか? or 一人部屋をご希望ですか? (e.g. a conversation between a hotel receptionist and a new guest)
あなたは一人部屋が好きですか? = Are you enjoying staying in the single room? or Do you like single rooms (in general)?
