Yes, DoKKa is derived from Do Ko Ka. We often use glottal stops and 拗音 (small つ) for casual expressions. And in this particular case, どっか行け instead of どこか行け is an impolite expression. It means “beat it!” or “get out of my sight!”
But どっか itself is not always impolite. For example,
どっか行きたいなぁ。= Don’t care where, but I just wanna go out. — e.g. A kid is asking his parents to go on a family trip.
どっかいい所、知らない？ = Any recommendations for eat-out or hang-out? (Lit. U know any good place?)
