I can’t see why it has to be “two girls”… It’s reasonable they could be any age, really.

The sentence pair was originally sourced from Tanaka Corpus. Therefore, you should keep the English sentence and change the Japanese one.

Moreover, 彼女は、２人のうちで若い方です is a robotic word-for-word translation and sounds unnatural. Also, the transcript says 彼女【かのじょ】は、２人【にん】のうちで若【わか】い方【ほう】です, but 2人 should be ふたり. My alternative translation is:

少女2人の若い方が彼女です。(しょうじょふたりのわかいほうがかのじょです)

You can also say 少女2人のうち、若い方が though I prefer to omit のうち.
