I don’t see “headache” here: I think this means "you should have your head/brain seen by a doctor.

The Japanese sentence, particularly the 頭脳 (ずのう) part, sounds unnatural. It means that “your brain should be examined by a doctor” (because you are talking crap and I’m seriously afraid you might have a head injury or dementia.)
“Headache” should be 頭痛 (ずつう).
