I also find 今晩ではなく明日の晩 being an incomplete parallelism. My alternative translations are:
ローラに内緒で企画しているパーティーは、今日ではなく明日の晩だ。
ローラのサプライズ・パーティーは、今日ではなく明日の晩だ。
サプライズ・パーティー as a common loan word can be also spelled as サプライズ・パーティ (i.e. drop the last ー). But I personally prefer the former expression.
ローラに内緒で企画しているパーティ can be shorten as ローラに内緒のパーティ.
