English Translation

She pulled herself out of the water and waddled along the sand at the edge of the creek.

よちよち should be replaced with よたよた. よちよち basically describes toddlers around 2 - 4 years old. But I don’t think such a toddler pulls herself out of the water with no help from adults.
If “she” in the English sentence refers to a person at age 5 or older, we don’t say よちよち but よたよた.
