The doctor came into the examination room and asked about her problem.

There are two problems.

  1. We don’t usually spell たずねる (to ask) in 訊ねる but 尋ねる. 訊ねる is a 常用外漢字.
  2. 部屋に入ってきて should be replaced with 診療室（しんりょうしつ）. 部屋に入ってくる suggests that the doctor visited her house and entered into her room.
