By the way, we usually say
便が水っぽいです。or
水様便です。(すいようべん)
水のようです can be interpreted as either 1) my stools are as pure and beautiful as water; or 2) I have watery stools. 水っぽい or 水様便 means 1) only.

Correct: 水っぽい or 水様便 means 2) only. I frequently see 水様便 in professional healthcare articles. Nurses and childcare servicers also say 水様便. But 水っぽい is much more common in general oral conversations.
