We don’t spell 豆腐 in Katakana… It should be in Kanji (most preferable), or in Hiragana (acceptable but not so common).
FYI: The Japanese sentence is owned by a non-native speaker on Tatoeba.

Also, 食べる means “I’m going to eat” or “shall we eat?” It doesn’t mean that the speaker “eats” tofu. If you describe your meal preference and habit, it should be:

豆腐を食べます。
