Sorry to ruin your mood, but the Japanese sentence sounds unnatural and grammatically broken. It was posted by a native Russian speaker.
The correct sentence is:
出会いは別れの始まり。（であいはわかれのはじまり）
This is actually a cheesy cliché and set phrase in Japanese. So, don’t try to rephrase it with other expressions.
