English Translation
He lives two doors off.
Texts pronunciation says “niken-saki”, TTS says “ninoki-saki”. Which one is right? Or are they both right?

にけんさき (niken-saki) is the only correct pronunciation. 軒 in this sentence is used as a numeric classifier for houses. 一軒、二軒、三軒、四軒、五軒、六軒、七軒、八軒、九軒 are pronounced as いっけん、にけん、さんけん (or さんげん san-gen)、よんけん、ごけん、ろっけん、ななけん、はっけん (or はちけん)、きゅうけん.
He lives two doors off.
Interestingly, google translate also got this wrong.
But it pronounces 2軒先 correctly.
