English Translation
You’re perky, aren’t you?
乗ってるね or ノリがいいね itself is a common expression. But the spelling is not common.
One of the meanings of 乗り is “groovy” or “wow, you are so cool!”. It was derived from a Japanese traditional play 能 (somehow similar to 歌舞伎/Kabuki). Spectators got excited with the rhythm of the play. Another meaning of 乗り is “riding” (乗る = “ride”, “get on a vehicle”). So, the image of 乗りがいい is a skilled surfer on a board surfing a big wave.
Another alternative translation for “perky” is:
威勢がいいね。(いせいがいいね)
