彼の意見は私のと一致している。

English Translation

His views are in accord with mine.

Are 一致する and 一致を見る interchangeable?

You cannot replace the original sentence with 一致をみる. 一致をみる (not 見る) is closer to “In spite of the initial disagreement, both of the parties reached an agreement”. 一致している doesn’t have such a nuance of situation change. 一致している is an adjective (whatever the initial position is, the two parties are NOW on the same ground) whereas 一致する is a verb (reach an agreement or become the same).
