その3人の少年たちのめいめいが is a super wordy, unnatural, and bad collocation. 銘銘（めいめい） or 各々（おのおの）itself is a natural expression although it sounds very formal and not so frequently used. I would propose:
3人の少年がそれぞれ受賞した。（さんにん の しょうねん が それぞれ じゅしょう した。）
We rarely translate “the” as その. 3人 obviously means more than one, so 3人の少年 is better than 3人の少年達.
賞を取った and 受賞した are completely interchangeable although 受賞した sounds a bit more formal than 賞を取った.
