There is no expression like 詩情ごごろ in Japanese. The author mixed it up with 詩心（しごころ） or 詩情（しじょう）. Also, 誰の「心」にも詩「心」はある is very wordy. It should be:
誰にでも詩心はある。（だれにでもしごころはある。）
誰でも詩心くらいは持ち合わせている。（だれでもしごころくらいはもちあわせている。）
