May I take a few days off to visit my family?
The audio pronounces ２～３日 improperly. It should be にさんにち.
行きたいものですから sounds awkward and wordy. 所に行きたい doesn’t mean “to visit”, but it’s closer to “to go to” and it even implies that “I would like to LIVE with my family”. It’s a bad collocation with for a couple of days off… ものですから isn’t a common expression. We don’t use such a conjunction when we request for leave of absence. I would propose:
家族に会いたいので、2、3日お休みを頂けませんか？（かぞくにあいたいので、にさんにちおやすみをいただけませんか？）
2、3日お休みを頂いて、帰省したいのですが。（にさんにちおやすみをいただいて、きせいしたいのですが。）
