The translation is very unnatural, and partially broken grammatically. I would propose:
大型レストラン経営のおかげで、彼はアイディアが豊かだ。（おおがたレストランけいえいのおかげで、かれはアイディアがゆたかだ）
We don’t usually say 大きなレストラン but 大型レストラン. The same rule is applied to 大型商業施設 (large shopping mall).
経営「することによって」and たくさんのアイデアを「持っている」are robotic and wordy translations.
豊かな (adjective) means “be rich in X” or “be abundant in X”. 彼はアイディアが豊富だ （ほうふだ）is also frequently used to praise a person.
