The combination of Kanji/Hiragana is very unnatural. It should be:
- 今朝は露が降りた or
- 今朝はつゆが降りた
「露」(つゆ) is the most difficult Kanji among the three. Some native speakers maybe spell it in 平仮名, but decent adults don’t spell 今朝 and 降りる in 平仮名.
