English Translation
Take the road on the left.
Is there a reason 「行って」 is read as 「おこなって」 here?

@mike-lima It should be pronounced as いって, not おこなって. The pronunciation おこなう for 行う is used only when it means “to do/execute/hold (an event)/perform” etc. いく for 行く means “to go”.
If you pronounce おこなって for 左の道を行って下さい, the only meaning I can deduct from it is “please start doing (the repair etc.) for the left road”.
Thank you for confirming this. I thought it was a case of wrong pronunciation, but since Google translate also used the 行う pronunciation, I wondered if there was something else going on.
