Is the literal translation, “(have a) fun trip somehow” ?

どうか doesn’t mean “somehow”. I guess you mixed it up with どうにか. どうか should be translated as “please”, “I do hope from my heart”, or sometimes “I’m sincerely begging you to do X”. It’s a polite way to ask/wish.
