I’m fairly sure that should be к чёрту. I’ve posted a comment on tatoeba.
Many words containing “ё” are written with a “е” at Tatoeba, as they are in books and newspapers. From my point of view, I would prefer for them all to be written with “ё”, but you will never get consensus on this at Tatoeba, so the words will undoubtedly remain as they are.
