I think better would just be “He has a good feeling”
Sorry figuring this out still I think a better translation would be “He has a good feeling”
I think it’s more: “He has a good feeling about him”, i.e. he’s a nice dude.

Kamigamo’s comment is the most accurate. 感じがいい is being used to say “A good air” so a clear translation would be “He gives (off) the vibe that he is a good person”, where “vibe” is 感じ.

“His vibe is nice” feels like a good literal translation that also keeps the meaning intact.
感じがいい means “to make a good impression because of one’s interpersonal skills” (so that I as a speaker feel comfortable to interact with this person.) 感じがいい doesn’t mean “to have a good feeling”.
“He is a nice dude” is close to 感じがいい, but “dude” in English is too colloquial and doesn’t fit the nuance of 感じがいい in Japanese. For example, a member of royal family could even say 感じがいい when describing someone else’s personality in a respectful manner.
