Question - can anyone help? What’s the difference between jabłecznik and szarlotka, if any? I looked at Google images and there seems to be lots of different types of both of them, with many cross-overs. I’ve heard of szalotka before but never jabłecznik. Thanks!
I’m not an expert on baking, but to me they are just two names for the same thing. I think it’s a matter of preference, in my family we’ve always called it “szarlotka”.
