  • The Eng CM translation is ‘Tom ended up marrying Mary after all.’
  • Is this correct? Can zakończyć be interpreted as ‘to end up’ doing s.t.? I’ve not seen it used in such a context before. Thanks!

This is a mistranslation – the Polish sentence as it stands right now means “Tom ended up ending his marriage with Mary”.
