To jest prawda również w twoim przypadku.
albo
Prawdą jest również w twoim przypadku.
The Polish sentence looks okay to me. The phrase “to jest” can be followed both by the instrumental form “prawdą” and the nominative form “prawda”. Although the former is more common in expressions like this one, where you’re referring to an abstract concept such as “truth”, rather than a physical object.
