Texting Slang in your language!

Hi Everyone,

I think it’d be fun to translate some texting (SMS, text messages, etc.) slang in your native language, things you may use on a daily basis.

Here are some of my favorite ones that I use:

lmfao = laugh my f*ing a off
LOL = laugh out loud
mfing = mother f@#$ing example: “I’m sick of this mfing meeting”
ttyl = talk to you later
brb = be right back
LUL = another way of saying LOL
gotcha = I understand. “I told him to meet me at 12pm today. Oh ok, gotcha.”
wyd = What are you doing? “Are you busy?”
ily = i love you

I’m sure there are many others, but we can start a thread in languages you know or are learning :slight_smile:
