I thought like you, una locanda. At first I wondered if it might be like “un problema” but pretty sure it’s una in this case.

Exactly - the only reason it would have to be un would be if it was masculine like problema right? And it’s certainly not masculine. Maybe un vero Italiano can weigh in?
