English Translation
She is getting on.
“Getting on” has a connotation of getting on in age. I’m not sure the English sentence encapsulates the German meaning exactly.

I think it’s meant in the sense of “she is getting on (with it)”, but I agree the suggested English translation isn’t great here. Should be something like “she’s proceeding” or “she’s continuing”.
