I thought “feste Angestellte” meant “permanent” or “long-term” employee, not “full-time” employee. An employee can be full-time, but temporary, and as such would not be “feste”, correct? A part-time employee is a Teilzeitangestellte and a full-time a Vollzeitangestellte, correct?
If my impression is correct I think we need to improve this sentence’s translation. But I’m not a native speaker so I could appreciate a native speaker checking this and correcting me if I’m wrong!
