Führer and Reiseführer, yes. Anleitung, no.
Anleitung is always a thing, like an instruction manual, or the abstract information given by a person, never a person itself. (Reise-)Führer can be both.
I think it’s the same in english with “guide” and “guidance”:
I want you to be my guide. - works.
I want you to be my guidance. - sounds weird?
I want your guidance. - works
I can give you my guidance. - works
Same in german:
Sei meine Anleitung. - ugh, no (“Be my instruction manual”)
Ich brauche deine Anleitung. - works, but ambiguous (your guidance / your instruction manual)
Ich kann dir Anleitung geben. - works. (guidance)
