English Translation
Be merciless.
I don’t understand how this translation works with the words: Seja piedoso
I think the translation should be: Be pious. Be merciless = seja impiedoso
pious means to be devoted to God, or devoutly religious

Agree with you that it should be impiedoso. Wiktionary defines this as merciful, which I think has a different meaning than ‘pious’. However, ‘misericordia’ I know is latin for mercy so ‘misericordioso’ would be merciful I think.
Any portuguese speakers want to chime in on whether piedoso is used primarily relating to mercy or rather religious devotion?
Be merciful.
I think the more common word for pious is pio. Piedoso is similar to misericordioso.
