The English sentence uses the formal term “expelled” while the German sentence uses the figurative “geworfen”. In cases where the same figure of speech can be used, it would be nice if Clozemaster would actually use the matching expression in both languages:
His son was thrown out of school = Sein Sohn wurde von der Schule geworfen
His son was expelled from school = Sein Sohn wurde von der Schule verwiesen
