I had expected “anche tu”, given “anche tu sei a casa”.

Since it is the subject here, I think “tu” is correct.
However, I am quite sure that I heard “te” at the end of these sentences before.
Maybe it is informal speech?

Sei a casa anche a te - this is how I read it. It will be interesting to hear from a madrelingua.
As you all noticed, “te” is the wrong pronoun.
But it is a common “error”/colloquial form, especially in northern Italy.
