Screen time/ Eye fatigue / download for favorite collection

Every since I came back to CM after a year-long pause, I have managed to incorporate it into my daily routine. I tackled the 13K+ review sentences, now I am clearing them every week, and have a goal of 2500 points on week days and 5000 points weekends. I seem to spend about 30 minutes to 1 hour plus on intense days, based on CM stats.

I use dark mode as I look at the computer screen all day for my work, but still I feel it is too bad that it’s additional screen time. And especially during the weekend when I am trying to stay away from the screen as it seems to affect my sleep, spending more time on CM means more screen time.

So I am thinking about making CM more analog by writing down some troubleshoot sentence by hand. I think it will also help with remembering the elusive words. I just realized that the download function is still not available for the favorite collection. I was planning to download, format it to print, and then spend 20-30 minutes a day writing the sentences, maybe while testing myself. If favorite collection cannot be downloaded, then I don’t know where to go from here to continue to use CM while reducing the eye fatigue. If anyone has any suggestions, I would appreciate it! (There is already a thread for this button to be revived) What happened with the Export Favorites option?

Call me a geek but I really miss the sound of the pencil when studying (especially after discovering the Blackwing pencils), so it would be amazing to be able to print the favorited sentences from a print out even if that means I don’t get to use the leaderboard as motivation any more.

Bumping for attention. Could we please have the download button back for the favorite collection @mike? Was it removed intentionally?

Thank you for (re)considering it!

I’m pretty new here. I wanted to download selected entries from a collection to a spreadsheet. I searched for how to do this and learned that I could use the Favorites feature. Great! So I marked about 180 items out of hundreds as Favorites. When I went to download them, I was quite perplexed. There’s talk on the forum of some kind of tab or box for Favorites that has a download button. I looked all over the place in Clozemaster, but I couldn’t find it.

So then I did some more digging and I found the post I’m responding to only to find out this feature disappeared, perhaps many years ago?

So I’m wondering, is there some official source for features? I just don’t want to waste my time again on features that don’t exist. Of course, if this feature could be revived, I would be thrilled. But I don’t seem to be able to find any information on this. I guess I just have to assume this is a dead feature.

Is there any other way to download a collection to some spreadsheet format that I could then use to dispose of hundreds of my not-favorite entries?
