What’s your poison?
In English this is an idiom meaning “what would you like to drink?” (Usually alcoholic). Does it have the same meaning in Italian, or would it just be taken literally? (the sentence, not the poison)

I have checked with the madrelingua in the Italian club and - as expected - they have confirmed that this is not an idiom known to Italian. I think they found it rather peculiar!
