Is this correct? Should “ringraziando ringraziando” be duplicated, or should one of them be removed from the sentence?
I’ve seen “piano piano” in other sentences, so perhaps doubling up words like this is a thing in Italian?

I think perhaps one ringraziando too many. To emphasise how thankful, Italians would probably say “ringraziando di cuore” but as always, I’m happy to be guided by a madrelingua.
